Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on February 4, 2010, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for a new Psychiatric Hospital health care occupancy.
This Occupancy Survey was conducted for a new 26 bed one-story addition, with a partial basement. Refer to Drawing Numbers H-09-0320 and H-09-0679.
This is a one-story Type II(000), Unprotected Noncombustible construction building, with a partial basement, which is fully sprinklered.
