Based on a revisit to a Recertification/Relicensure Survey completed on July 21, 2022, it was determined that Valley Eye Surgical Center, was in substantial compliance with the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing ambulatory health care occupancy. Compliance with the National Fire Protection Association's Life Safety Code is required by 42 CFR 416.44(b).
This is a one story, Type II (000), unprotected, noncombustible building, that is fully sprinklered.
