Initial Comments:
An off-site follow up survey conducted on 12/11/23, found that Caregivers America Llc had corrected the deficiencies cited under the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Subpart H, Chapter 611, Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. Deficiencies were cited as a result of a home care agency complaint survey completed 10/12/23.
