Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on February 27, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing acute and ambulatory health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to create an outpatient oncology infusion suite in existing shell space on the ground floor of the hospital. Refer to drawing numbers H-23-0677 (original) and H-24-0107 (sprinkler).
**** The Final Occupancy included the oncology infusion suite and supported areas throughout the area. ****
This is a two-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, that is fully sprinklered.
