Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on February 7, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Hospital health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for Alterations to convert an existing Office to a Consult Room for the Outpatient Mammography Suite, First Floor Ancillary Building.
Refer to Drawing Number H-23-0858.
This is a ten story, Type II (222), fire-resistive construction, with a basement and penthouse, which is fully sprinklered.
