Based on an Offsite Occupancy Survey completed on March 1, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing acute and ambulatory health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to remove casework in three procedure rooms, as well as floor and baseboard patching and repair. Refer to drawing number H-23-1027.
This Final Occupancy included 1-3 procedure rooms.
This is a one-story, Type II (000), unprotected, non-combustible building, that is fully sprinklered.
