Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on May, 5, 2011, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing ambulatory health care occupancy.
This Occupancy Survey was conducted for miscellaneous alterations to add additional beds to the existing facility. Refer to Drawing Number/s H-10-1239; H-11-0143; H-11-0230 and H-11-0535.
This is a one-story without basement Type II(111), Protected Noncombustible construction building, that is fully sprinklered.
