Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on February 22, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.
This Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to replace the majority of the existing nurse call system throughout the hospital with new equipment. This phase one inspection included the sixth floor of the hospital. Refer to Drawing Index Number H-23-0170.
This is a six-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, without a basement, that is partially sprinklered.
