Based on a revisit to a Recertification/Relicensure Survey completed on January 9, 2024, it was determined that Surgery Center at Edgeworth Commons, was in substantial compliance with the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing ambulatory health care occupancy. Compliance with the National Fire Protection Association's Life Safety Code is required by 42 CFR 416.44(b).
This is a three-story, Type II (000), unprotected noncombustible building, without a basement, that is fully sprinklered. The ASC is located on the first floor.
