Based on a Relicensure Survey completed on November 14, 2023, at Lawrence County Surgical Center of Edgewood Surgical Hospital, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified under the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing ambulatory health care occupancy.
This is a one-story, Type V (000), unprotected, wood framed building, with a basement medical office, that is not sprinklered.
