Initial Comments:Based on the findings of an unannounced, on-site hospice Medicare re-certification and state re-licensure survey conducted on June 3, 2024 to June 6, 2024, Amedisys Hospice of Harrisburg West, was found to be in compliance with the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 418.113, Subpart D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care-Emergency Preparedness.
