Based on the findings of an unannounced onsite hospice state licensure survey initiated on April 24, 2024 and completed April 26, 2024, Aurora Hospice Inc, was found to be in compliance with the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 418.113,Subpart D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care-Emergency Preparedness.
