Initial Comments:
An off-site follow-up survey initiated on March 6, 2025, and concluded on March 28, 2025, found that Accentcare Hospice & Palliative Care Of Pennsylvania had corrected following deficiencies cited under 42 CFR, Part 418, Subparts A, C, and D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care.
The deficiencies were cited as a result of a state re-licensure survey completed on November 25, 2024.
