Based on a Relicensure Survey completed on February 22, 2024, at Pocono Ambulatory Surgery Center, Ltd., it was determined there were no deficiencies identified under the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing ambulatory health care occupancy.
This is a two-story, Type V (000), unprotected, wood frame building, with a basement, that is fully sprinklered.
