Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an unannounced, follow-up onsite hospice Medicare complaint survey conducted on May 6, 2024, Amedisys Hospice of Lancaster was found to be in compliant with the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 418, Subparts A, C &; D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care. The condition level findings were cited during a complaint survey conducted on March 13-14, 2024, and completed on March 25, 2024.
