Based on an Offsite Revisit to a Relicensure Survey completed on September 21, 2023, it was determined that The Surgery Center at Cranberry was in substantial compliance with the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing ambulatory health care occupancy.
This is a two-story, Type II (000), unprotected, non-combustible building, that is fully sprinklered.
