Based on a Relicensure Survey completed on February 14, 2024, at Pennsylvania Eye & Ear Surgery Center, Llc, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified under the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing ambulatory health care occupancy.
This is a three-story, Type II (000), unprotected noncombustible structure, without a basement, which is fully sprinklered.
The Ambulatory Surgical Facility is located on the 2nd floor.
