Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on January 10, 2023, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.
This Phase 4 and Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to create a new 24-bed inpatient adult bed unit, utilizing existing outpatient and administrative space, on level 2, and minor changes on level 3, to relocate needed administrative space; limited to the cross-corridor door conversion.

This is a two-story, Type II (111), protected noncombustible structure, with a basement, which is fully sprinklered.
