Montefiore Hospital
Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on May 1, 2025, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to a portion of Level 6 where egress corridor, bathroom, and staff areas in the hospital abut to the parking garage occupancy. The existing Garage is also incurring renovation work.

This is a twelve-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, with a basement and penthouse, that is fully sprinklered.
