Main Building/New Addition Pavilion
Based on a an Occupancy Survey completed on January 31, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing hospital health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to the existing 1st floor Outpatient Services to create Mammography/Stereotactic Room.

This is a five-story, Type II (222), fire resistive structure, with a partial basement, which is fully sprinklered.
