Main Building/New Addition Pavilion
Based on a an Occupancy Survey completed on December 26, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing hospital health care occupancy.
This Phase 1 Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations for expansion/renovations for treatment rooms to the Emergency Department on the ground floor; including the Staff Lounge Room G040 only.

This is a five-story, Type II (222), fire resistive structure, with a partial basement, which is fully sprinklered.
