Initial Comments:An offsite follow-up survey conducted on October 10, 2024, found that Caring Hospice Services, had corrected the following deficiencies cited under 42 CFR, Part 418, Subparts A, C, and D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a complaint investigation survey completed on September 9, 2024.
