Initial Comments:Based on the findings of an unannounced on-site hospice Medicare recertification survey conducted April 4, 2024, through April 8, 2024, Amedisys Hospice of Greater Philadelphia was found to be in compliance with the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 418.113, Subpart D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care-Emergency Preparedness.
