Based on a Relicensure Survey completed on June 27, 2023, at North Shore Endoscopy Center, LLC, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified under the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Ambulatory health care occupancy.
This is a three-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, with a basement, that is fully sprinklered. The ASC is located on the first floor.
