Based on an Occupancy Survey conducted and competed on October 18, 2023, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Hospice health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to create an outpatient dental clinic on the first floor of a Health Care Building under the Hospice license for tracking purposes only.
Refer to Drawing Numbers H-22-1077, H-23-0910.
This is a seven story, Type II (000), unprotected non-combustible construction, with a basement, which is fully sprinklered.
