Based on a Relicensure Survey completed on February 7, 2024, at UOC Surgical Services, LTD., it was determined there were no deficiencies identified under the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing ambulatory health care occupancy.
This is a two story, Type V (000), unprotected, wood frame building, that is fully sprinklered.
