Based on a revisit to a Recertification/Relicensure Survey completed on May 22, 2024, it was determined that Concordia Hospice of Washington, was in substantial compliance with the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Hospice health care occupancy. Compliance with the National Fire Protection Association's Life Safety Code is required by 42 CFR 418.110 (d).
This is a three-story, Type II (111), protected noncombustible building, without a basement, that is fully sprinklered.
