Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on February 11, 2021, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.
This Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to install a new door and hand wash sink, to convert an existing dictation room to a physical therapy room, on the 3rd floor. Refer to Drawing Index Number H-20-1088.
This is a five-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, with a basement, that is partially sprinklered
