Based on a Relicensure Survey completed on June 6, 2023, at Surgical Specialty Center of Northeast Pennsylvania, L.L.C., it was determined there were no deficiencies identified under the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Ambulatory health care occupancy.
This is a one story, Type II (000), unprotected, noncombustible building, with a partial basement, that is fully sprinklered.
The ASC is located within a medical building office complex. The partial basement is located beyond the confines of the ASC.
