Based on an Abbreviated survey, in response to a complaint investigation completed at Penn Highlands Mon Valley on September 12, 2023, there were no deficiencies identified under the requirements of Title 42, Code of Federal Regulations; the Pennsylvania Code; and the Life Safety Code NFPA 101 for an existing health care occupancy.
This is a seven-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, with basement and penthouse, that is partially sprinklered.
