Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on February 7, 2024, it was determined that there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing healthcare occupancy.
This occupancy survey was conducted for alterations to repair and upgrade the existing fire alarm system throughout the building. This phase two inspection included the McAuley Building. Refer to Drawing Index Number H-22-0048.
This is a twelve-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, with a basement, which is fully sprinklered.
