Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on March 6, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.
This Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to replace a CT/Simulator Unit on a one for one basis on level one. Refer to Drawing Index Number H-22-1118.
This is a five-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, without basement, that is fully sprinklered.
