Based on a Relicensure Survey completed on August 30, 2023, at Penn Highlands Dubois Endoscopy Center, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified under the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing ambulatory health care occupancy.
This is a three-story, Type II (000), unprotected, non-combustible building, that is fully sprinklered.
