Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on March 22, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing hospital health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to renovate offices in the H4501 Suite, on the 4th floor.

This is an eight-story, Type II (222), fire resistive structure, with a penthouse, ground floor and a basement, which is fully sprinklered.
