Initial Comments:
An off-site follow up survey conducted on May 13,20024, found that Brightstar Care of South Bucks Southeast Montgomery County had corrected the following deficiency cited under 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 51, Subpart A. The deficiency was cited as a result of a re-licensure survey completed on February 21, 2024.
