Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on January 9, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing hospital health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to add a new emergency power panel, serving the Core Lab and Blood Bank on the 3rd floor.

This is a nine-story, Type II (222), fire resistive structure, with 2 mechanical penthouses and a basement, which is fully sprinklered.
