Pew, Center, and Rosengarten Buildings
Based on an Occupancy Survey conducted on January 10, 2024, and completed on January 12, 2024, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Hospital health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for Alterations to create a Hybrid Operating room on the fourth floor.
Areas Inspected: Rosengarten building, 3rd floor Equipment & Communications Room, 4th floor OR 14, control room, supply room, and sink.
Refer to Drawing Numbers H-23-0639 H-23-1208, H-23-1261.
This is a seven story, Type II (222), fire resistive construction, which is fully sprinklered.
