Based on an Occupancy Survey conducted on July 11, 2023, and completed on July 13, 2023, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Hospital health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for Alterations to replace, in kind, 2- existing automatic transfer switches in a lower-level electrical room.
Refer to Drawing Number: H-22-0524.
This is a two-story, Type II (000), unprotected non-combustible construction, which is fully sprinklered.
