Based on a Relicensure Survey completed on March 23, 2023, at Riverview Ambulatory Surgical Center, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified under the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Ambulatory health care occupancy. Compliance with the National Fire Protection Association's Life Safety Code is required by 28 Pa Code 569.2.
This is a two story, Type II (000), unprotected, noncombustible building, that is fully sprinklered.
