Initial Comments:
An off-site follow up survey conducted on January 31, 2022, found that Arcturus Home Care had corrected their deficiencies and was found to be in compliance with the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an onsite state re-licensure survey conducted on November 16, 2021.
