Based on a Relicensure Survey completed on July 20, 2023, at Vision One Laser and Surgery Center, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified under the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing ambulatory health care occupancy.
This is a one-story, Type V(000), unprotected wood frame structure, without a basement, which is fully sprinklered.
