Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an offsite follow-up survey conducted on April 24, 2025, Care At Home, Inc. was found to have corrected the deficiency cited under the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiency was cited as a result of an unannounced onsite state re-licensure survey conducted January 17, 2025.
