Initial Comments:
An off-site, state licensure follow-up survey conducted on November 21 and November 25, 2024 found that CHC-Compassionate In-Home Personal Care Services, Inc. had corrected the deficiency cited under 28 Pa. Code, Health and Safety, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart A. Chapter 51. The deficiency was cited as a result of a state re-licensure survey completed on September 23, 2024.

Chapter 611 Home Care Agencies. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a state re-licensure survey completed on September 23, 2024.
