Based on a Relicensure Survey completed on October 12, 2023, at UPMC South Surgery Center, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified under the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Ambulatory health care occupancy.
This is a three-story, Type II (111), protected non-combustible building, without a basement, that is fully sprinklered. The ASC is located on the first floor.
