Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey completed on March 14, 2025, found that Ace Health &Hospice LLC had corrected the deficiencies cited under the requirements of 28 PA. Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiencies were cited during a state re-licensure survey conducted on January 13, 2025.
