Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on October 29, 2010, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for a New psychiatric hospital health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for a new, one story, sixty bed addition. Refer to Drawing Number/s H-08-1054, H-10-1276.
This is a one story, Type II (000), non-combustible unprotected construction building, with a full attic and partial basement, which is fully sprinklered.
Note: Mechanical spaces and IT room are in the attic.
