Based on an Occupancy Survey conducted and completed on July 13, 2023, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing hospital health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to replace the existing catherization equipment and finishes, in Cath Lab 3 (Class 2) 2nd floor.

This is a five-story, Type II (222), fire-resistive structure, with a basement, that is fully sprinklered.
