Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on March 28, 2023, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing health care occupancy.
This final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to renovate the existing Fluoroscopy Room. Refer to drawing number H-21-0881.
This is a seven story, Type II (222), fire resistive building with a basement, that is partially sprinklered.
