Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on September 22, 2023, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing acute and ambulatory health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to replace all cath lab equipment and to reconfigure the system components room in cath lab #2 on the first floor. Refer to drawing numbers H-22-1007 (original) and H-23-0180 (sprinkler).
This is an eleven-story, Type II (222), fire resistive building, with a basement and sub-basement, that is fully sprinklered.
