Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on April 3, 2025, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing acute and ambulatory health care occupancy.
This Phase 3A and Phase 3B Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to expand an imaging suite and add a class 3 imaging room on the second floor. Refer to drawing numbers H-23-1048 (original), H-24-0367 (revision), H-24-0664 (revision), and H-24-0470 (sprinkler).
Phases 3A and 3B involved the anesthesia corridor, referenced in drawing H-23-1048.
This is an eleven-story, Type II (222), fire-resistive building, with a basement and sub-basement, that is fully sprinklered.
