Based on an Occupancy Survey completed on March 6, 2023, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified as related to the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing hospital health care occupancy.
This Final Occupancy Survey was conducted for alterations to expand the existing Emergency Department into vacant space, on the 1st floor; to include TDR 1-113, Soiled Holding 1-134, Vendor Equipment 1-135, Consult 1-136, Security 1-003, Vestibule 1-000, Corridor 1-010 & Screening 1-001.

This is a four-story, Type II (222), fire resistive structure, with a basement and penthouse, which is fully sprinklered.
