Based on a Relicensure Survey completed on October 31, 2023, at Three Rivers Endoscopy Center, it was determined there were no deficiencies identified under the requirements of the Life Safety Code for an existing Ambulatory health care occupancy.
This is a three-story, Type II (111), protected noncombustible building, without a basement, that is fully sprinklered.
